Our One-to-One Listening and Wellbeing Service is for anyone who wants to talk, or who needs support over the phone. Please contact us to be put in touch with a trained volunteer.
Heart, Body and Mind online
Heart, Mind, Body Support Mid Wales are offering scheduled programme of daily activities for health & well-being, delivered by local practitioners and guides. Activites include yoga, nature connection, fitness, dance, meditation, sharing, chi gong, singing, art and more.

Online mindfullness based stress reduction course
We are pleased to offer this 8 week course from trained mindfulness teacher Dr Julia Wallond. The course offers mindfulness and yoga practices and applies them to everyday life situations. We will learn tools to support ourselves in facing and reducing our stress reactions and find ease in the present moment. There is increasing evidence to suggest that MBSR can help effectively manage stress-related conditions including anxiety, chronic pain and sleep disturbances.
8 week course starts Tuesday 16th March from 2.30-4pm
