Are you self-isolating and feeling lonely? You’re not the only one. Want a friendly chat? Or do you know someone who might benefit from this service? Our trained volunteers are available to talk.
Our One-to-One Listening and Wellbeing Service is for anyone who wants to talk, or who needs support over the phone. Please contact us to be put in touch with a trained volunteer.
Heart, Body and Mind online
Heart, Mind, Body Support Mid Wales are offering scheduled programme of 4 daily activities for health & well-being, delivered by local practitioners and guides. Activites include yoga, nature connection, fitness, dance, meditation, sharing, chi gong, singing, art and more.
Offered in support of our community during these challenging times; lift your spirits and connect with others.
